Adjustment guide:

Place the base body on the SK, HSK or similar tool holder
Put on sealing washer
Tighten screw DIN 912 firmly
Screw in M5 set screw
Insert Cartridge
Apply M6 fixing screw
Insert the inserts into the Cartridge (wet the screw with copper/graphite paste beforehand)
Tighten M3.5 insert screw with torque wrench 2.8 Nm
Bring all cutting edges to a height difference of max. 0.005 mm using the set screw
Tighten the M6 fixing screw with a 10/14 Nm torque wrench
Check cutter head together with tool holder for residual unbalance, rebalance if necessary
