Adjustment guide:
- Place the base body on the SK, HSK or similar tool holder
- Put on sealing washer
- Tighten screw DIN 912 firmly
- Screw in M5 set screw
- Insert Cartridge
- Apply M6 fixing screw
- Insert the inserts into the Cartridge (wet the screw with copper/graphite paste beforehand)
- Tighten M3.5 insert screw with torque wrench 2.8 Nm
- Bring all cutting edges to a height difference of max. 0.005 mm using the set screw
- Tighten the M6 fixing screw with a 10/14 Nm torque wrench
- Check cutter head together with tool holder for residual unbalance, rebalance if necessary
